A teenaged couple was filmed in sexual acts – apparently on the girl’s mobile. Which incidently got lost, and someone has been putting up the vids on the net. And the couple’s got scandalised. They’re callin it the NYP/tammy NYP scandal. Much like the DPS scandal in here.

Misuse of tech? or misuse of someone’s pvt property?

I’d say latter. Cam phones encourage you to shoot. And what you shoot is no one’s biz unless you’re impinging on their privacy. The person who circulated the pix deserves a good rap on the knuckles at the very least.
